Contacted gmx about resetting my password and regaining access to my account and they had sent me an email with recommendations on how to solve my problem and I had let them know that they didnt resolve my issue and I needed further assistance and I reached two more times after that and they never responded and I still need help getting to my email

Yes I'm unable to get my email I would like my email information so I'll be able to log back in to my Facebook account

Help email domain my husband has died

Dear all, My husband Michael Prestel has passed away on 01/11/2022. Please I need access to his email michael.prestel@***.de in order to transfer some administrative domains to myself such as login to access our automatic home curtain, our cleaning robot, etc. I can forward a copy of his death certificate or any other security information. Husband's passed away

I'm disappointed. My issue was not resolved. My husband who owns the account michael.prestel@***.de has died and now I need to transfer some domains from his email to my one. I can send you his death certificate or any other document required. I just need help here to access his email as soon as possible please. Many thanks, Flavia

Answer for my issue in order to access my husband (who passed away) gmx account.

Scam email today

Im unable to call a GMX agent to discuss current issues. Therefore issue of some concern ongoing. It is probably easier to close the account

Password rejected only on email clients

This phone number is for a sister company. There is no phone number for Gmx. At the time, the only way to contact Gmx support is via email, and that doesn't work at all. Every time you try to send a message, you are given an error saying it couldn't be sent. At least the person I talked to was honest in confirming the fact that I'm screwed.

User's recommendation: There are absolutely no options for getting help. You're screwed.

When attempting to login to my account, it returned "irregular activity detected". Since then, I've put in a half dozen service tickets to no avail. Nothing. RUN
